Commercial Roofing

Commercial Roofing Contractor in Mebane, NC — Serving Central North Carolina

Central Carolina Roofing Systems has installed commercial roofs in North Carolina since 1987. Commercial work is most of what we do — close to 4,000 roofs. We install and replace flat and low-slope systems, roof new multi-family construction, and maintain roofs under service plans.

What We Do for Commercial Buildings

  • • Flat and low-slope roof replacement — TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen
  • • New multi-family construction — membrane and shingle systems on apartment and townhome builds
  • • Roof maintenance plans — scheduled checks on buildings we look after
  • • Re-roofing over an existing system where the deck and structure allow it

Why Building Owners Call Us

We have been doing this since 1987. Not a residential company that added a commercial line last year.

The owner is on every job. Troy Carlson runs the company and shows up to the work. On a commercial project that means the person who can make a decision is already there.

We answer the same business day. A leak over a tenant's space is not a next-week problem.

We do emergency work around the clock. Roofs do not fail during business hours.

Roof Systems We Install on Commercial Buildings

TPO

A single-ply white membrane, welded at the seams. It reflects heat, which keeps cooling costs down on a big flat roof. The most common commercial roof going on buildings today.

EPDM

A rubber membrane, usually black, that has been on commercial buildings for decades. It handles temperature swings well and it is straightforward to repair.

Modified Bitumen

Asphalt sheets reinforced with fiber and applied in layers. A good fit for smaller low-slope roofs and for roofs with a lot of penetrations to work around.
